CallGauge AI Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how billing works for CallGauge AI ("CallGauge AI", "we", "us", "our").Subscriptions, Usage Charges, Payments, Invoices, Renewals, Cancellations and what happens if a payment fails.

1Billing Basics
CallGauge AI is available as a subscription. Your actual bill amount will vary depending upon applicable rates and charges at time of service, taxes and fees, etc:

Usage-Based Fees
Tracking numbers,minutes, messaging,recordings,etc
Taxes
VAT, GST, sales tax where applicable
Your current plan, billing cycle, and any usage information appears either on your account dashboard or an invoice.
2Trials, Promotions, and Credits
Free Trials (if offered)
- A trial may take place for a limited period of time and with features temporarily unavailable.
- If a payment method is required, you authorize us to charge after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- Duration may differ, new/continuing trial may not always be active.
Promotions and Discount Codes
- Promo codes are time-sensitive, have usage limits and are typically only valid for certain plans or time periods.
- Taxes and some use charges do not apply toward discount unless special pricing is shown.
Credits (if applicable)
- Account credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
- Credits may expire, if not used by the expiration date.
- Credits may be applied before charging your payment method, depending on your billing setup.
3Payment Methods
We typically use a third-party payment processor. Other payment alternatives on their site are:

For security reasons we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your payment information is processed through our payment processor.
4Auto-Renewal and Subscription Renewal
Unless you have a plan that doesn't auto-renew, all subscriptions will renew at the end of your billing period.

Cancellation Notice
Cancel at least 1 business day before renew date if you don't want to renew. To terminate your subscription, go to this link) to cancel and stop auto-renewal. Cancellation will prevent any further renewals but does not refund the current (already paid) subscription access fee.
5Usage Charges and Overage Billing
Some plans include usage allowances. If you exceed included limits or enable paid add-ons, you may be billed for overages such as:

6Taxes (UK, EU, US, Canada and other regions)
Taxes You are responsible for any and all taxes unless you pay us tax in respect of your purchases where we are required by law to collect such taxes.

Your Responsibility
You are required to supply accurate billing information (including VAT number, business name and address). Those can be taxed if you simply offer false information.
7Invoices and Receipts
You will be emailed and/or receive your invoice or receipt in your account upon successful payment.

8Price Changes
Transparent Pricing Updates
We can change prices and the amounts of plan limits or included features.
If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (by, via email or dashboard notice) before the change becomes effective.

Your Acceptance
If you continue to use the Services after a price change is effective, then you will have accepted the new price.
9Failed Payments, Suspension, and Collections
In the event we are not able to complete payment (e.g. due to lack of funds or an expired card) we may:

Limit access to certain features
Temporarily Suspend
Suspend account pending payment clearance
Important Notice
If an account remains unpaid, we may close the account and, where permitted, refer the balance for collection. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
10Cancellations, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
Cancelling a Subscription
- You cancel from your account dashboard (or via support if dashboard cancellation isn't an option).
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You'll usually have access until the end of your current paid billing period.
Downgrading or Upgrading
Upgrades
May be activated immediately and charged now or prorated.
Downgrades
Typically become effective at the time of your next renewal unless otherwise specified on your account.

12Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Important Warning
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may need additional time to assist you and that can result in account suspension.

Simply enter the ID and description of the invoice below, and send it to us.
Allow Investigation
Give us reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve
Avoid Chargebacks
Direct communication is faster and preserves your account status
If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favor, you remain responsible for the unpaid balance plus any chargeback fees charged to us by the payment network, where permitted by law.
13Telecom and Third-Party Costs
Call tracking services depend on both Telco networks as well as third party integrations (number provisioning, call routing etc). Carriers can influence availability, call quality and even price.
Pricing Adjustments
When the pricing or terms of a third-party provider which affect our costs for such Service are changed, we may adjust plan limits, usage rates or availability of any of the Service and give you reasonable notice.
